The NY Alliance accepts and encourages on-site registrations for those who did not register before the deadline.
To register on-site, please complete the "On-Site Registration Form" linked here: https://forms.gle/VKLBCgpNua93oVPP8 and come to the conference registration desk on October 28 to pick up your name badge and submit payment. 

The conference will feature information sharing and best practices from across the state on topics of interest to fiscal intermediaries and self-direction services.
